Product Fulfillment and Shipping
All products in my store that are labeled as "Print-on-Demand" are custom-made upon order through a third-party fulfillment partner. Because these items are made to order, processing times may vary. Please review estimated delivery times at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos and I will work with my fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Colour and Design Variations
Please note that colours and design placement may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, printing and fabric / material variations. I strive to ensure product images are as accurate as possible, but slight differences may occur.

Third-Party Fulfillment
My print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by a trusted third-party provider. As a result, orders containing both print-on-demand and non-print-on-demand items may arrive separately.

Custom Pastel Portraits
Processing and Shipping Times
​Each custom pastel portrait is meticulously hand-drawn and depending on the size and complexity of your portrait, requires approximately 2-3 weeks for completion before shipping. If you need your portrait by a specific date, please discuss this with me before booking a commission to confirm if the time frame is achievable.

Shipping via Australia Post
I ship all custom portraits via Australia Post using Express shipping with tracking. Estimated times vary based on location:

Within Australia: 3-6 business days (free shipping Australia wide)

International: 3-18 business days - subject to location and customs processing. (Any shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer)

Packaging and Delivery
Your portrait will be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, once it has been handed over to Australia Post, I cannot control delays, mishandling or lost parcels. I recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and insurance for added security.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost, please check the tracking information provided. If your portrait arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible and provide photos within 7 days of receipt of the portrait, and I will assist in finding a resolution.

International Orders and Customs
For international customers, customs processing times vary, and any additional duties, taxes or fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your country's import policies before ordering.
